Group Classes

Service Description

Group sessions can be hosted at your location, at a partner facility, or virtually via Zoom. I'll come to you and help your group build community while working toward shared fitness goals. Together, we'll encourage and support one another throughout the process. For this class, I kindly accept donations. There is no fee to sign up.
